The development is currently in the preparatory phase, with Stefanutti Stocks finalizing the platform for a temporary bus rank. This move clears the way for full-scale construction of the 22,800 square meter facility.

Completion Date: The mall is scheduled to open its doors by October/November 2027.
Retail Anchors: The development will be co-anchored by Woolworths and Shoprite, signaling high confidence from international retail giants.
Phase 2 Potential: While Phase 1 is massive, the site has the capacity for an additional 60,000 square meters of expansion as demand for premium retail space grows.
